A Shomrim volunteer on patrol spotted a vehicle traveling the wrong way down 13th Avenue, swerving dangerously and posing a serious risk to everyone nearby. The driver, who appeared to be intoxicated, continued erratically until slamming into a parked car, causing heavy damage.

The driver was placed under arrest at the scene by NYPD, with the help of Shomrim.
