Shomrim received multiple hotline calls about a vehicle traveling through the neighborhood with six people inside. The occupants were harassing pedestrians and targeting people with eggs.

The individuals came out of the vehicle and ran toward victims before throwing eggs at them. One victim was struck directly in the face.

Shomrim volunteers quickly responded to the reports and worked to locate the vehicle. After obtaining a description, Shomrim volunteers found the vehicle and kept an eye on it while notifying the NYPD and providing updates.

NYPD officers arrived and stopped the vehicle. All six individuals were arrested in connection with the reported incidents.

The quick response and coordination between Shomrim volunteers and the NYPD brought the situation to an end and helped prevent additional people from being targeted.
