At approximately 6:00 a.m., Shomrim received a report through their emergency hotline of an individual who had forcibly entered a building by breaking through the front door. Volunteers responded immediately and found the suspect still inside the premises, having also entered the backyard.

While maintaining visual contact, Shomrim alerted the NYPD. Responding officers arrived shortly thereafter and identified the individual as a known suspect with two open warrants. The suspect was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
