A suspect was arrested after vandalizing several properties with graffiti, thanks to the quick actions of Shomrim volunteers and the NYPD.

The incident began when Shomrim received a hotline call reporting an individual actively spraying graffiti on private properties. Volunteers immediately responded, maintaining a safe distance while keeping an eye on the suspect and relaying their movements to the NYPD.

As the suspect moved through the streets and entered a backyard to spray additional graffiti, Shomrim volunteers continued updating the authorities on the suspect’s location. The NYPD arrived promptly and arrested the individual.
