Earlier this morning, Shomrim volunteers successfully recovered a stolen bicycle for a young boy. The incident began when he reported that his bike had been taken shortly after he parked it. Responding promptly, Shomrim volunteers arrived on the scene and immediately began their investigation.

The Shomrim IT Team reviewed footage from nearby surveillance cameras, where they observed an individual removing the bike. By coordinating efforts, the volunteers were able to locate the suspect and safely retrieve the bicycle, ensuring its return to the young boy.

He was overjoyed and in disbelief when his bike was returned less than two hours after it went missing. Although the young boy had secured the chain to a pole, it had not been locked through the bike’s frame, allowing the theft to occur.
