In less than 24 hours, the NYPD, with the help of Shomrim, arrested a suspect connected to multiple forcible touching incidents, bringing relief to the community.

Following the first reported incident, Shomrim volunteers immediately began analyzing the suspect’s movements, reviewing surveillance footage, and identifying patterns in his behavior. While volunteers remained on high alert, efforts focused on anticipating his next location.

By morning, the suspect reappeared and attempted to target additional victims. Shomrim volunteers quickly identified him, discreetly maintained visual contact, and immediately alerted the NYPD. Officers arrived quickly and took the suspect into custody.
