The NYPD, with the help of Shomrim, arrested a driver for driving while intoxicated after a dangerous incident on local streets.

Shomrim volunteers on patrol witnessed a vehicle being driven erratically, narrowly missing pedestrians and other cars. Recognizing the immediate threat, they alerted the NYPD and provided real-time updates on the driver’s location as officers responded.

Upon arrival, NYPD officers observed the reckless driving firsthand and promptly stopped the vehicle. Upon inspection, they found a significant amount of alcohol inside the car. The driver showed clear signs of intoxication and was taken into custody for DWI.
