NYPD, with the help of Shomrim, arrests driver for driving while intoxicated

In the early hours of the morning, a Shomrim volunteer on patrol noticed an SUV driving dangerously through local streets. The vehicle was seen swerving, speeding through red lights, and tossing beer bottles out of the window.

Recognizing the threat to public safety, the volunteer quickly alerted additional Shomrim volunteers on patrol to help follow the vehicle while notifying the NYPD. Shomrim volunteers maintained visual contact with the SUV as it continued driving erratically, providing officers with updated location details.

Moments later, the NYPD arrived, stopped the vehicle, and arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated.
