A bike owner spotted the individual who had stolen his bicycle and quickly contacted Shomrim for assistance. Shomrim volunteers responded immediately, monitoring the suspect’s movements and notifying the NYPD.

With guidance from Shomrim, NYPD officers arrived on the scene and arrested the suspect, who is a known recidivist.
