A stolen scooter was recovered and returned to its owner after coordinated efforts by Shomrim and the NYPD.

Shomrim’s hotline received a report of a suspect who had just taken a scooter. Volunteers responded immediately, locating the individual still in possession of the stolen property. The NYPD was promptly notified, and Shomrim maintained visual contact with the suspect until officers arrived and placed the individual under arrest for the theft.

The scooter was returned to its rightful owner.
