The NYPD, with help from Shomrim, arrested a suspect last night for stealing a $1,000 electric scooter from a young Yeshiva Bachur
The theft took place motza shabbos at 12:30 a.m. outside a friend’s house. Hearing noise downstairs, the buchir rushed outside and saw the suspect with his scooter. He immediately called Shomrim, who quickly responded and, working with the NYPD, apprehended the suspect. The scooter was recovered, and the thief now faces grand larceny charges.
