Two suspects wanted for stealing grocery deliveries were taken into custody by the NYPD with the help of Shomrim, after volunteers on early morning patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle circling the neighborhood.

Shomrim volunteers observed the vehicle slowly driving around the area and discreetly followed it for several blocks, growing increasingly concerned about its behavior.

Although no theft occurred at the time, the volunteers notified the NYPD and continued monitoring the vehicle until officers arrived.

The NYPD conducted a traffic stop and took both individuals into custody.
