Shomrim volunteers on patrol spotted three people riding on top of a moving subway train. Recognizing the serious risk to their safety and to others, the volunteer followed the train to the next station and coordinated with other Shomrim volunteers to monitor the suspects as they climbed down from the roof.
The NYPD was immediately notified and responded to the scene, where officers placed the individuals under arrest.
