Shomrim volunteers helped track down a suspect who had been stealing expensive packages from residential homes. After spending hours reviewing camera footage, volunteers were able to get a clear description of the suspect and began canvassing the area. It didn’t take long before a Shomrim volunteer spotted the suspect and immediately notified the NYPD.

The volunteer kept the suspect under close watch and provided real-time updates to responding officers, who quickly arrived and arrested the suspect for stealing packages.
