A local resident contacted the Shomrim hotline after discovering that his vehicle had been vandalized.

Shomrim volunteers responded quickly and began following the suspect. The NYPD was immediately notified, and Shomrim followed the suspect until officers arrived.

The suspect was then arrested by the NYPD with the help of Shomrim.
