While reviewing the footage, Shomrim observed another individual picking up the jewelry from the ground. Using additional cameras, the team followed the individual’s movements and gathered identifying information.

Shomrim then went to speak with the individual and asked about the jewelry. At first, the person denied knowing anything about it. However, once Shomrim made it clear that the incident had been fully documented on video, the individual eventually acknowledged having the jewelry and returned it.

The expensive jewelry was safely returned to its rightful owner, bringing relief to the woman who had lost it.
