A Shomrim volunteer on patrol observed a suspicious individual going from house to house, peering into driveways in apparent search of packages or bicycles. After following the suspect for several blocks, the volunteer saw him take a bicycle from a driveway.

Shomrim notified the NYPD, who responded quickly and placed the suspect under arrest.
