A store manager spotted a suspect walking out of his grocery without paying for items and immediately called the Shomrim hotline for assistance.

The manager followed the suspect until Shomrim arrived. Volunteers quickly located the individual and kept him under observation while updating the NYPD.

The NYPD, with the help of Shomrim, stopped the suspect and placed him under arrest. During the arrest, officers discovered the suspect was in possession of numerous stolen credit cards, a stolen phone, and drugs.
