Early this morning, the NYPD, with assistance from Shomrim, arrested a suspect for vandalizing multiple properties with graffiti.

The incident began around 3 a.m. when a local security company spotted an individual spraying graffiti on their property through surveillance cameras and promptly contacted the Shomrim hotline. Shomrim volunteers immediately responded and began searching for the suspect.

Within minutes, a Shomrim volunteer located the individual and discreetly followed him, providing continuous updates to the team. Shomrim volunteers then alerted the NYPD, who arrived shortly and arrested the suspect.
