Two suspects were arrested by the NYPD with the help of Shomrim after they shoplifted from multiple stores in the area.

A local convenience store owner noticed one of the suspects take merchandise without paying and immediately called Shomrim and the NYPD to report the shoplifting in progress.

After leaving the first store, the suspects went to another nearby shop and stole more items. By that time, Shomrim volunteers were already watching them and alerted responding NYPD officers, who caught the suspects red-handed inside the second store.

Both suspects were taken into custody for shoplifting. Store owners in the area thanked the NYPD and Shomrim for their quick response and for helping remove two suspects from the streets.
